This company is awesome, after calling a few other companies after hours, this was the only company that had a Technician available that came out (was raining too) and repaired an underground leaking pipe issue. Andrew the Technician was great, knowledgeable and very thorough. I definitely recommend 100%

The technician was very professional and thorough. He explained the air conditioner problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He also showed me how to use the new thermostat installed. He was very friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job.

Tech David arrived as expected and was most professional and informative with my plumbing decisions. Chris was great - he called in advance to let me know he is on the way. He checked the plumbing fixtures & let me know the diagnose b4 proceeding. He was very professional & courteous. I’d definitely use All Star Plumbing again. They were referred to me by my sister.

Great company. They installed a brand new water heater and 2 toilets for me. I even had to make a specific request on color to fit the aesthetic of my bathrooms. No complaints, everyone I dealt with from start to finish was more than pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone I know for their plumbing needs..except my worst enemy, they don’t deserve the pleasure of a good plumbing company.

We were pleased that a plumber could come the same day we called seeking repair of the shower arm which had broken off inside the wall. We were even more pleased that the repair could be made without removing pieces of tile! The work was accomplished quickly and very professionally. Two other minor plumbing concerns were also handled.

The plumber's professionalism, knowledge, and eagerness to handle our plumbing needs are very much appreciated and we will definitely be calling All Star Plumbing and Air when future problems arise.

The plumber, Justine, did a thorough trouble-shooting of our kitchen faucet and provided us a selection of ways to fix the problem. He also advised us about water filter and water heater issues. The knowledgeable, professional plumbers are why we use All Star exclusively.

Very nice folks. Came to our home on a Saturday night. Said they’d be there within a certain window and they showed up early. Ryan the technician was more than polite and left our home as he found it. The issue wasn’t a plumbing problem so he referred us to another local GC who called us before Ryan had finished up and scheduled an appointment for Sunday afternoon at zero cost. Would 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys for the piece of mind you provided.

Exceptional service from the first phone call all the way to the final handshake. We had same day service for a gas dryer removal and reinstall. At first, I was surprised by the high quoted cost but quickly realized you get what you pay for! Thank you for all your assistance.

I contacted All Star plumbing yesterday to get a bid on installing a tankless water heater and not only did they give me an appointment for today but also very thankfully and remarkably their technician A.J. called in advance, was on time, was nothing short of completely professional and courteous, and as soon as I receive their bid I am moving forward with All Star Plumbing to complete the job. 5 STARS!!!!!

Water heater leak inspection. Kane was perfect gentleman. competent, efficient, and thorough. Also, made sure I understood the issues and how to correct. Water heater was find. problem with A/C condensation

Plumber was very professional. I didn’t have to ask him to wear booties. He already had them on before I could ask. :) Quick and clean.

Called Monday morning for an AC unit that was not working. Able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Kim showed up for the repair on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call to fixing my water heater took 3 hours. Troy showed up exactly on time and did a great job! Dealing with All Star Plumbing was excellent.

Troy did an excellent job in my bathroom replacing the faucet and drain. All Star Plumbing installed a new hot water heater a couple of years ago. I always call them for my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed.

The All Star technician, Christian, was great. He arrived in time, explained everything well, was very professional, gave me multiple options and even wore booties coming into the house. Very happy with this company and the service provided.

Called 3 other “24 hour” plumbers none were available for my emergency repair. I reached out to Allstar not knowing if they did emergency service. Received a prompt call back, technician was at my home within an hour and completed the repair satisfactory .
