Gas FAQs

What’s the difference between propane and natural gas?

Propane is stored in a tank on your property and delivered by truck. Natural gas is supplied through underground pipelines by your utility company. We service both — just let us know what you’re using!

Can you install gas appliances?

Yes. We offer installation for gas stoves, water heaters, dryers, fireplaces, and more. If it’s powered by gas, we’re here to help keep it running safely and efficiently.

Do you repair gas lines or regulators?

Yes, we offer expert repair services for gas lines, regulators, and system components directly related to your propane or natural gas supply. If you have a leak, low pressure, or a damaged regulator, our licensed technicians can quickly diagnose and fix the issue.

However, please note:

We do not repair or maintain gas appliances such as stoves, dryers, fireplaces, or furnaces. If your issue is with a gas-powered appliance itself, we recommend contacting a licensed appliance technician.

We’re happy to help determine whether your issue is with the gas line or the appliance — just give us a call!

Is gas safe to use in my home?

Absolutely — when installed and maintained properly. We follow all safety codes and offer regular inspections, leak checks, and system servicing to give you peace of mind.

Do you provide emergency gas services?

Yes — we offer emergency repair and inspection services for both propane and natural gas systems. If you’re experiencing issues with pressure, leaks, or equipment, contact us right away.

How often should I service my gas system?

We recommend an annual inspection to keep your gas lines, connections, and appliances running safely. Regular maintenance can help prevent issues and keep things efficient.

Can I move or relocate my gas line or tank?

In most cases, yes! We can assess your setup and provide options for safe relocation that complies with local codes and safety standards.

I don’t have gas on my property yet. Can I still install a gas line?

Not yet. Before we can serve you, your property needs to be connected to a natural gas line or have a propane tank already installed. If you’re unsure, contact your local utility company to get gas service set up first.

How do I know if I already have gas on my property?

If your home has a natural gas meter (usually near the side of your house) or an existing propane tank, you’re good to go! Still not sure? Give us a call — we’re happy to help you check.

Do you install new gas lines or hook up homes to the utility company?

No, we do not provide utility connection services. If your property does not already have access to gas, you’ll need to contact your local gas utility provider before we can help.

What types of properties do you service?

We work with residential and commercial properties that already have propane tanks or natural gas connections in place. Whether it’s maintenance, delivery, or upgrades — we’ve got you covered.

What if I’m building a new home and want gas?

If you’re in the process of building, you’ll need to have your gas utility company install the necessary infrastructure first. Once your gas is connected, we’d love to help with installation, inspections, or other services.

Can I switch from electric to gas?

Yes — but only after a gas line is installed on your property by your local utility company. We can then assist with converting appliances and setting up your system.

Gas Water Heater Services

Do you repair gas water heaters?

Yes! We offer professional repair services for gas water heaters, including troubleshooting no hot water, strange noises, pilot light issues, or inconsistent temperatures. Our licensed technicians can get your hot water flowing again quickly and safely.

Do you replace gas water heaters?

Absolutely. If your gas water heater is beyond repair or simply outdated, we can remove the old unit and install a new one that fits your home’s needs and budget. We’ll also ensure it’s properly connected to your existing gas system and fully code-compliant.

How do I know if my gas water heater needs to be replaced?

Common signs it might be time for a replacement:

  • Water isn’t staying hot or runs out too fast
  • You notice rust-colored water or unusual smells
  • It’s over 10 years old and needs frequent repairs
  • The tank is leaking or showing signs of corrosion

If you’re unsure, we can inspect the unit and give honest recommendations.

Do you install tankless gas water heaters?

Yes, we do! Tankless water heaters are energy-efficient, provide endless hot water, and save space. We can help you decide if a tankless system is right for your home and handle the full installation.

Can you help with gas line upgrades for a new water heater?

Yes. If your new water heater requires an upgraded or relocated gas line, we can handle that as part of the installation. We make sure your gas system is safe, up to code, and running efficiently.
